The Coffee Board of India is an autonomous body, functioning under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India to promote and provide insight to Growers, Traders and Consumers.
The Coffee Board need was a state of the art museum to display the various process of coffee cultivation using multimedia as a tool.
The museum hall comprises of (5) units of ceiling mounted short throw projectors to deliver data or video presentation to the viewer. The system is designed so that the moment a viewer walks into the prescribed area of the exhibit the projector would turn on and the contents from the PC or Video device would be displayed. The audio commentary is delivered from a ceiling mounted and concealed narrow cone dispersion speaker so as not to disturb the viewers at the adjoining exhibits. Dramatization is achieved with careful usage of back lights and dimming controls.
